Digital reading delivery

Because readings are digital and generated shortly after payment confirmation, all completed readings are generally final.

Failed generation

If payment succeeds but the reading cannot be generated, contact support with your reading ID for regeneration or refund review.

Duplicate charges

Duplicate or accidental charges may be reviewed case by case through Stripe and your production support process.
